Willie’s Story Willie was rescued completely by accident. We were looking for fence posts when the seller told us, “I have a horse for you.” Willie had spent years as a trail horse, carrying people into the mountains. When we learned he was facing being shot because of a medical condition, we knew we had to help. Willie now lives safely at Eden. Due to significant back problems, he can no longer be ridden. But Willie doesn’t need to work, perform or carry anyone to have value. He simply deserves to live—and to be loved for being Willie. ❤️🐴
